Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
I hope this letter finds you well, filled with faith and anxious to serve the Lord.
At our Easter Gathering, I announced our hope to begin meeting on a more frequent basis.
Today I am delighted to announce that our Spring Gathering will be held at Burnet FUMC on Monday, May 17th, at 7:00 p.m. We have received approval from the church to gather for the evening to celebrate our Lord. We hope to broadcast the service via the church’s live streaming capabilities. We will be observing the protocols of social distancing and the wearing of masks throughout the service while in the building. Regrettably, we will not be able to host a potluck dinner.
In the meantime, know that we want to include your prayer concerns as part of the service whether you attend or participate online. Please forward your concerns to Tom Ruiz at the email address listed below so we can announce them during the service.
